Looking for an effortless way to raise money for a Boy Scout trip? To support your church’s Food Bank? To help your school fund a special event? We’ve designed our BellaBucks program to help non-profits, schools and churches reach their fundraising goals, whatever they are.
At a BellaBucks event, held at our Trattoria, your supporters will enjoy great food, great camaraderie, and great satisfaction from raising money for your cause. It’s a good alternative to selling gift-wrap or going door to door with a cookie dough form!
Here’s the Easy Recipe for Your Fundraiser
1. Pick a date.
You pick a date, and we’ll check our calendar to confirm it. It can be a one-time event or a series – you can make every Tuesday night your “BellaVista Night.” Fundraisers can take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (all day) or on Saturdays from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. It must be a dine-in only function.
2. We’ll help you publicize your fundraiser.
BellaVista Trattoria will create a master flyer for your organization to copy and distribute. It will also be available on the BellaVista website under the Events tab. The success of your program will depend on your getting the word out about the event by distributing flyers in advance so that you have maximum attendance.
3. We’re all yours.
In order to ensure success for your event, we’ll schedule only one fundraiser at a time. We request that your supporters make their restaurant reservations in advance. This will allow us to guarantee the best experience for your organization and its supporters.
4. Dinner’s ready – and so is lunch.
On the day of the event, your supporters can come in, enjoy a meal and present their flyer. These flyers will only be eligible for redemption on the date specified for your fundraiser and must have been secured in advance.
You are not permitted to hand out flyers onsite to people entering the restaurant or already dining at BellaVista.
5. The check’s in the mail.
At the end of your event, BellaVista Trattoria will tally up the flyers and accompanying guest checks. Your organization will get 10 percent of the sales, not including gratuities and alcohol. You may call (302) 239-4858 for the results of your fundraiser 48 hours after the event. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your check in the mail.
